New luxury townhomes off Gunbarrel Road in Chattanooga, which will have prices starting at about $950,000, will cater to older homeowners hoping to downsize or professionals who need a maintenance-free space with access to the airport.
Builder Claudio Costa, founder of W. Rondon Construction, is partnering with developer Omar Szulak, of Green Code Developments, on a 41-unit, gated townhome community called Heron Square in East Brainerd. It will sit on a 5-acre parcel with a pickleball court, a communal fire pit and a forest with natural walking trails.
