When asked about his biggest inspiration, Kyle immediately pointed to his coaches. “These men didn’t just teach football, they changed a culture and a community,” he shared. They instilled discipline, accountability, and the power of a winning mindset—lessons that shaped him far beyond Friday nights under the lights.
Lessons That Last a Lifetime
For Kyle, the biggest takeaway from football was simple but profound: everything in life is earned. Playing time, respect, and results all came down to the effort and dedication put in when no one was watching. That belief has guided him through every stage of life and continues to fuel his success today.
From the Field to the Workplace
The lessons learned on the gridiron carried over into Kyle’s professional career. He credits football with teaching him how to handle pressure, adapt quickly when plans change, and stay committed even when challenges arise. “It taught me how to keep showing up even when it’s hard,” he said—a mindset that has proven invaluable both in business and in life.

If given the chance to step back onto the field for one more game, Kyle says he would approach it differently: not with less intensity, but with more gratitude. He’d take the time to soak in the atmosphere—the crowd, the lights, and the bond with his teammates. “I’d take an extra second to look around and feel the privilege of wearing that jersey,” he reflected.
Giving Back to Hixson High
Kyle’s connection to Hixson High remains strong. He continues to support his alma mater by advertising with the school, speaking to the team, and most importantly, sharing his story. His goal is to show today’s players that with discipline, hard work, and the right support, they can achieve great things.
