About Tom Gardner

I’m Thomas Gardner, and I bring a unique perspective to real estate with a background in healthcare as a former Director of Pharmacy at Erlanger Medical Center. My experience in patient care and leadership taught me the value of patience, attention to detail, and always putting others first—principles I now apply to helping clients navigate the home-buying process.

As a long-term resident of Chattanooga and a proud graduate of the University of Georgia, I primarily work as a buying agent. I take pride in guiding clients through one of the most significant decisions of their lives, ensuring they feel confident and well-informed every step of the way.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time outdoors, playing tennis, golfing, and staying active. Supporting my wife in the real estate industry is also a point of pride for me, and I remain committed to delivering quality service with a quiet yet firm approach.
