A longtime resident of Chattanooga, for over 30 years, Missy has a deep understanding of the local market and the unique opportunities the area offers.  She is a proud graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC), where she developed the skills and dedication that have shaped her career.

With over a decade of experience in commercial property management, Missy Griffin brings a wealth of expertise to Real Estate Partners Chattanooga. She has worked closely with development teams to establish HOAs for condo and townhome communities, further expanding her industry knowledge.

Before transitioning into real estate sales, Missy managed a diverse portfolio of commercial properties and tenants. Through this experience, she learned that building strong relationships is key to successful property management. Her ability to establish trust and rapport with clients allows her to understand their needs and provide top-tier service. Missy’s move into real estate sales was driven by her passion for working more closely with clients during one of the most significant decisions of their lives. She values honesty, trustworthiness, and efficiency—principles that guide her approach to every transaction.

Based in Hixson, Tennessee, Missy enjoys exploring Chattanooga’s vibrant food scene, with favorite spots including Easy Bistro, 2^nd American, Alleia, Taqueria Jalisco, and Boathouse. She also loves spending time with her grandchildren and especially her granddaughter at the Chattanooga Zoo and Aquarium. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her husband, exercising, cooking, and cherishing moments with her family.
