I came to Maggie with a strong inclination to buy a particular house, and with a couple fall back options prepared. She was a pleasure to work with. I recommend her without hesitation, though I do encourage her to be a more aggressive negotiator when clients have backup options, the market is shifting in their favor, or when potentially expensive issues come up during inspection (flippers typically cut corners). Overall, as a first-time homeowner I'm very satisfied with the deal Maggie and I reached together.
