About Karen Austin

I was born and raised in Atlanta, GA, where I attended the University of Georgia and studied nursing at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. After spending time living in various parts of the United States, my husband and I decided to raise our family in the Chattanooga, TN, area. My husband and I have lived in the Chattanooga area for 26 years and fell in love with the city's culture and community. After working as a nurse for over 30 years, I finally decided that I wanted a change. I have been a licensed real estate agent in Tennessee and Georgia since 2013 and enjoy helping sellers and buyers invest in one of the most significant investments they will make in their lifetime. I have always had a passion for real estate and have sold many homes and investment properties of my own, and I enjoy spreading my wealth of knowledge to eager buyers and sellers.
