About Jan Tiano

Jan is a lifelong resident of Chattanooga. She graduated from Red Bank High School and then The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. After several years in Marketing at Erlanger Medical Center and BCBST, she became a licensed real estate agent in Tennessee and Georgia in 2002. She is a member of NAR, TAR, and GCAR. The Scenic City has been a wonderful place to raise her children and grow her real estate career.

 

In 2010, Jan joined Keller Williams Realty. Shortly after that, she had the opportunity to become a Buyers Specialist for The Mark Hite Team. Working with a buyer or a family to find and purchase their home is her passion. She enjoys guiding buyers through the process and is determined to make sure the right decision. Jan stands ready to assist from the first showing to home choice, financing, inspections, repairs, closing, and getting the keys! Jan is proud to spend her workdays showing and selling the beautiful aspects that Chattanooga and its surrounding areas offer.

 

Today, Jan enjoys working alongside family at The Tiano Group at Real Estate Partners in Downtown Chattanooga. Helping both buyers and sellers in Tennessee and Georgia, her business is driven by her belief in honesty, integrity and having her clients best interest at heart.
