For five years I had the privilege of selling more than 70 new construction homes in Black Creek Chattanooga.
As a full-time real estate broker since 2015, I combine my firsthand experience in real estate with years of working for a builder. This extensive background benefits my clients as we discuss which upgrades would be beneficial for resale while keeping costs low.
Having relocated from California in 2019, I understand how to capture the attention of potential out-of-town buyers. Additionally, my six years in banking and finance, most recently as a private client banker, have equipped me with a strong understanding of real estate finance.
