Affiliate BrokerDawn is a native Chattanoogan who loves serving her friends and neighbors in the Scenic City, North Georgia, and surrounding areas. She is a graduate of Soddy Daisy High School and Lee University, with a degree in Communications - Television Broadcast Journalism. After years of work on local radio and TV stations (WRCB-TV, US101, and J103), and ten years at home raising her children, Dawn found a career she was passionate about in real estate.
Since joining the industry in 2016, she has been a multi-million dollar producer every year, building relationships with buyers and sellers and making the dream of homeownership accessible to everyone. She believes her honesty, integrity, personal attention, and prompt service contribute to her repeat clientele, and she is thrilled when those business relationships become personal friendships. Dawn strives to make the process of buying and selling as seamless as possible, using her experience, dedication, and professionalism to bring families home!
Above all else, Dawn values faith and family! Matt and her husband reside in Ringgold, GA, and have three amazing teenagers, Melayna, Maddux, and McCall. She's an avid reader, loves to sing, and is very involved in music and ministry at her church.
