As the Managing Partner of Mapleleaf, a boutique real estate and development firm launched in 2023, she has been hands-on in bringing thoughtfully designed residential and mixed-use projects to life, working across site evaluation, budgeting, design direction, construction coordination, and marketing strategy.
Before launching Mapleleaf, Cydney built her career in the art industry, where she developed a refined eye for composition, materiality, scale, and visual storytelling. That foundation now informs how she evaluates homes; seeing beyond square footage to understand proportion, flow, light, and long-term value. It also allows her to guide clients through design potential, resale strategy, and thoughtful positioning that resonates both emotionally and financially.
