About Cole Teuton

Cole Teuton brings a thoughtful, grounded approach to real estate, combining a background in marketing with hands-on management experience and a genuine passion for helping people. Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, Cole graduated from Mississippi State University in 2022 and has experience working with a wide range of personalities, developing a reputation for being dependable, personable, and easy to work with.

Having lived in places ranging from Driggs, Idaho to Como, Mississippi, Cole developed a deep appreciation for outdoor living, strong communities, and meaningful connections. Drawn to Chattanooga’s access to nature and close-knit feel, he relocated to the area to be closer to family and quickly felt at home.

Outside of real estate, Cole enjoys mountain biking, fly fishing, skiing, and running, interests that reflect his adventurous spirit and love for the outdoors. Clients appreciate his calm confidence, approachable personality, and commitment to making every experience feel smooth, informed, and well cared for from start to finish.
