About Bobby Ankar

A Chattanooga native, Bobby Ankar is passionate about his hometown and proud to be part of its continued growth and transformation. A graduate of Notre Dame High School (’99) and the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (’03), Bobby remains closely connected to the community and is a regular supporter at local school and university events.

Before entering real estate full-time, Bobby spent 13 years in the financial sector as both a financial advisor and managing director of a global consulting firm. In that role, he advised some of the world’s largest investment managers on performance measurement and reporting standards.

While building his finance career, Bobby began investing in real estate throughout Chattanooga. A passion that quickly led him to transition to real estate full-time. His investment portfolio grew to include both commercial and residential properties, along with new home developments in the Southside and surrounding areas.

Today, Bobby brings that same analytical and strategic mindset to his clients in both commercial and residential real estate. As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), he offers expert guidance grounded in deep local knowledge and real-world investment experience.

Bobby currently lives in East Brainerd with his wife, Kailey, and their two sons, Benjamin and Luke.
